Every employee in production performs their task with maximum dedication! The production workshop resembles a high-tech laboratory, where all processes are strictly monitored. After a large-scale equipment upgrade, our facilities now allow us to produce up to 2,150 tons of children's dairy products per month, of which up to 565 tons are children's cottage cheese products.
Unlike traditional fermented dairy products, the plant's products are enriched with whey proteins—the most valuable milk proteins that help strengthen a child's immune system. No artificial colors, stabilizers, or preservatives are used in production. The high quality of the products and their long shelf life are ensured by a multi-level computerized control system. The packaging of products in polypropylene cups (50 and 100 g) and Tetra Pak (210 g with a straw) is designed for single consumption, allowing children to always enjoy fresh and safe products.
Modern integrated solutions for automating the entire production process of children's dairy products ensure 100% sterility "from the milking complex to packaging the finished product" without human contact.
